研究方向:

  主要研究神经发育中干细胞自我更新、分裂、迁移和分化的调控机制以及相关脑疾病的发病机理和治疗手段。目前主要研究进展包括1)阐明表观遗传因子Rcor2作为corepressor介导Lsd1抑制神经干细胞中Shh信号通路的激活,从而调控大脑皮层神经发生和皮层增大增厚的分子机制;2)应用CRISPR/Cas9技术对新型模式动物雪貂进行基因干预,目前已经初步获得可以应用于研究平滑脑症、头小畸形症的转基因动物模型。
