研究方向:

  1. 肿瘤免疫学研究:发现新靶点、发展肿瘤精准治疗新策略;

  2. 纳米酶催化机制及应用研究:探究纳米酶的催化机制,实现其可控制备,拓展纳米酶在疾病诊断、传染病监测、污水治理等方面应用研究。

主要科学贡献:

  1. 发现纳米酶(Nature Nanotechnology,2007,单篇他引超过1900次),提出纳米酶新概念,并将其标准化。研究团队长期致力于纳米酶的机制及应用研究,并发展多项基于纳米酶的“新技术”。设计并研发用于疾病诊断的纳米酶试纸条,获得医疗器械证书,成为全球首个纳米酶新产品。通过创制多酶活性纳米酶,利用肿瘤微环境启动过氧化物酶活性催化产生活性氧杀死肿瘤细胞,探索纳米酶催化治疗新策略。纳米酶应用的相关研究成果先后获得国家自然科学奖二等奖(2012年)和Atlas国际奖(2015年)。目前,全球有29个国家的290个实验室从事300余种纳米酶研究,其应用研究涉及生物、医学、农业、环境治理等,形成了一个新的研究领域。

  2. 发现肿瘤血管新靶点CD146(Blood,2003)。 此项发现被Faculty1000评为新发现。随后十余年,整个团队系统地研究了CD146促进肿瘤发生发展和转移的机制,首次鉴定了CD146的配体,并制备出了靶向CD146的人源化抗体药物,在肝癌、胰腺癌和结肠癌的治疗研究中取得突破进展。其系统性工作成果相继发表于Nature CommunicationsBloodPNAS 等高水平杂志。靶向CD146的肿瘤治疗新策略,获北京市科学技术奖一等奖并实现了成果转化;功能性抗体AA98目前正处于临床前研究阶段。
