研究方向:

  肿瘤干细胞具有自我更新和分化的能力,是引起肿瘤耐药、复发和转移的重要原因。我们以肝癌为研究对象,探索其发病机制,研究肝癌干细胞的自我更新机制,并筛选发现新的肝癌干细胞标志物,为肝癌的个体化治疗提供新的药物靶点。
