为促进欧盟与其它国家间科研人员的长期交流与合作，欧盟第七框架计划下的PEOPLE项目现开始征集，征集截止时间为2010年8月17日。该项目将支持来自欧盟地区国家以及其它国家各领域科研人员的交流活动，时间为12至24个月。该项目往年批准率约为15%-20%。有意者请向项目发布单位积极申请。
