简       历:

  2013年5月至今,在中科院生物物理所生物大分子国家重点实验室担任PI研究员、中科院生物大分子科教融合卓越中心特聘研究员。

  1982年毕业于湖北大学生物系,1985年在中科院武汉病毒所获硕士学位(微生物学专业),1995年在中科院微生物所获博士学位(生物化学专业)。

  1993年在中科院武汉病毒所晋升研究员。1992年起历任中科院武汉病毒所、中科院武汉分院和国家科学技术部基础研究司领导职务。曾先后在加拿大、美国和英国相关学术机构从事合作研究。

研究方向:

  采用合成生物学、纳米生物学和分子工程学方法,发展生物传感和分子标记技术,并用其阐述病毒学、肿瘤学和细胞生物学科学问题。

  1、纳米生物学:利用病毒、细菌等天然生物大分子的特异性识别功能和自组装性能,通过理性设计,构建一维、二维和三维以及多层级的功能性生物纳米载荷体系。目前的研究重点是纳米生物传感和抗病毒、抗肿瘤生物诊疗器件。  

  2、细胞分子影像:已经创建了系列红色、远红和近红外荧光蛋白分子传感系统(BiFC,TriFC等)和多色病毒标记方法("彩色病毒")。目前的研究重点是活细胞中病毒粒子示踪、肿瘤细胞抗原组高精度、全局化表征、活细胞中单基因标识等。  

  3、生物传感:利用生物元件的特异性识别原理,结合物理和化学手段,建立了系列生物传感模式,包括微生物细胞电极、多功能酶电极、基因光学传感、免疫表面声波传感、结核分枝杆菌全蛋白组芯片等。目前的研究重点是探测细胞损伤及其内外环境的细胞生物传感器。  

  4、新冠病毒研究:综合利用上述方法研究新冠病毒感染机制,为防控和诊疗提供科学依据。
