研究方向:

  本课题组以单分子生物物理学和分子动力学模拟为主要研究手段,结合免疫学、生物化学及其它生物物理学方法,聚焦于研究T细胞免疫活化及其调控机制,一方面试图阐明生理条件下关键免疫受体与配体的识别模式,深入理解免疫信号产生、跨膜转导、细胞响应等重要生物学过程的分子机制;另一方面试图从中发现新位点或新靶标,并在解析基因编辑工具功能机制的基础上,发展T细胞特异的基因编辑方法以对其进行功能化改造,为新型免疫治疗策略的研发与优化提供理论基础。
