研究方向:

  从事铁蛋白及纳米酶的新功能及生物医学应用研究。前期工作中发现了铁蛋白的新功能,结合铁蛋白的新特性,突破了纳米酶生物医学应用的瓶颈,取得了一系列原创性成果。

  (1)首次发现铁蛋白具备识别肿瘤和穿越血脑屏障的新特性;

  (2)结合铁蛋白新特性,发展了铁蛋白纳米药物新载体,为中枢神经系统疾病及恶性肿瘤提供一个潜在的纳米药物载体平台,实现成果转化;

  (3)综合铁蛋白及纳米酶,设计检测新技术,开发了新型纳米酶探针分子,用于肿瘤诊断、病毒检测等生物医学领域;

  (4)实现纳米酶的仿生设计及活性优化,提出纳米酶构效关系新概念;

  (5)首次实现纳米酶体内活性调控,开创了"纳米酶催化治疗肿瘤"的新策略;构建类外泌体纳米酶小体,成功开发出纳米酶催化光声成像技术。
