  研究组工作摘要 

  主要开展蛋白质组学(包括膜蛋白质组学、亚细胞器蛋白质组学、定量蛋白质组学和脂蛋白质组学等)、蛋白质翻译后修饰(包括糖基化、磷酸化、酰化和脂化等)分析、肽组学、脂质组学等相关新技术的研究与应用。利用蛋白质组学技术系统开展疾病(如肿瘤、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、系统免疫性疾病)相关蛋白质、多肽和蛋白质翻译后修饰相关的生物标志物和药物作用靶标的发现与鉴定,疾病发生发展、肿瘤耐药相关的分子机制研究等。长非编码RNA翻译小肽的发现与鉴定。
