  研究方向

  1、功能性淀粉样纤维的结构以及组装分子机制

  研究组目前正在深入细致地研究淀粉样蛋白组装成功能性纤维的分子机制,从而试图理解生物体系如何调控蛋白质的折叠和错误折叠,研究对象包括酵母淀粉样蛋白Ure2和细菌淀粉样蛋白Chaplin等。

  2、蛋白质的折叠、修饰与质量控制

  我们正深入细致地研究分子伴侣调控蛋白质折叠和错误折叠的机制,及其在蛋白质质量控制体系中的功能。特别是,我们正在检测分子伴侣Hsp70的翻译后修饰如何调节其结构和功能。

  3、功能性生物纳米材料开发

  我们正在研究如何利用淀粉样纤维的独特性来设计新型的纳米材料。相应地我们同时也在检验在医学中广泛应用的纳米材料如何与淀粉样蛋白相互作用,从而影响它们的折叠和错误折叠。
