  1994-1999  中国科学院上海生物化学研究所,获生物化学和分子生物学博士学位

  2001-2002  耶鲁大学计算机科学系,获计算机科学硕士学位

  1999-2002   在耶鲁大学生物学系Sidney Altman教授实验室从事人核糖核酸P的结构和功能研究

  2003-2004   在麻省理工学院Amy Keating教授实验室进行计算结构生物学和系统生物学研究

  2005至今   任生物物理研究所研究员,中国科学院“百人计划”获得者

  2011年    获“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助

  蒋太交研究员课题组主要从事计算生物学和系统医学方面的研究,研究方向主要包括如下三方面:

  (1)发展蛋白质结构预测、基因共进化分析、生物医学数据挖掘以及生物分子网络模建等计算生物学新方法;

  (2)结合高通量实验手段,探究包括传染病在内的复杂疾病的分子机理;

  (3)运用系统生物学方法,寻找疾病关键分子标志物,为疾病分类、早期诊断和治疗提供线索。
